You can complete the full program without the use of any equipment.

I'm a complete beginner is this program for me?

We begin the program with all the basic exercises that should be comfortable for everyone to perform. However, we are all different and there may be some movements that just don't suit you. If this is the case then you can always skip that exercise or contact me for alternatives.

Does this program include follow along workout videos?

Although there are 28 tuition videos included within this program they are not follow along workout videos. You will need to practice the exercises and then workout in your own time.
